Philanthropy

Alpha Omicron Pi is dedicated to enriching the lives of others through community service. Since 1967, over $1 million dollars in grants have been awarded by AOII chapters to qualified researches through the Arthritis Foundation to investigate the causes and cures for arthritis as part of our international philanthropy. Every year the Tau Delta chapter of AOII holds Mr. Hilltopper, a womanless beauty pageant, which involves the whole campus community and raises money for a great cause. The sisters of Tau Delta are involved in countless service organizations on campus, and in the community including Meals on Wheels, First Light Women's Shelter, Relay 4 Life, and Up Til Dawn just to name a few! AOII also contributes to other Greek philanthropies on campus!
